Children’s Reading

There is a portion of the library dedicated to kids and the parents who are making an effort to raise them with values and a faith that will sustain them through their childhood and adult years.  While this is a distinctively Christian offering, with books for toddlers to teens on Bible stories, and how God want us to grow and live, there are many other value-based books, videos, and DVDs in the library that promote good relationships, teach how to understand and deal with feelings, build self-esteem, make friends, handle disappointment, etc.

Beginning Monday, January 17
At 10:00 am,

there will be a pre-school children’s story-book reading.  There may also be a craft, coloring pages, etc. for older children if there is a demand for it. (Depending on the activity, a small fee may be required for the craft).

There are no babysitters, so adults absolutely must accompany the children.
